Thomas J. Fiorelli, III, CFP®
Thomas J. Fiorelli, III, CFP®, is a 1998 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, University Park, with a bachelor’s degree in Management and Organization from the Smeal College of Business Administration. With over 17 years of professional experience working with insurance, investments and financial planning, Tom offers his clients comprehensive knowledge and real world experience to help meet their various needs and expectations. Tom started his career as a Financial Services Associate with Prudential Financial in 2001.
In October 2010, the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, www.cfp.net, authorized Tom to use the marks CFP®, Certified Financial Planner™ and CFP (with flame design)® after Tom met the rigorous educational, examination, experience and ethics requirements of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. Tom also holds the following licenses: PA Life, Health And Disability Insurance, PA Property and Casualty, FINRA Series 6, 63, 65, 7 and 24.
Tom is a founding member of Strategic Planning Associates, LLC (January, 2007) and is a lifelong resident of Jessup, PA. Tom belongs to various community groups and is also involved in youth sports. Tom is married to the former Heidi Wasilchak and has two sons, Tommy and Luke.
Samuel Matechak
Sam is a 25 year veteran in the financial services industry. His prior affiliations were with Prudential Financial and First Financial Group.
Sam grew up on a dairy from in northern Lackawanna county and still owns the family farm. He maintains an office on the farm and conducts business in a casual setting. His primary areas of expertise are in retirement and estate planning and with extensive experience with landowners of oil and gas leases. Sam holds Pa. life, health, and disability income and FINRA series 7, 63, and 66 licenses. As an independent investment advisor representative will always do what’s in the best interest of his clients.
Sam is a graduate of Lakeland High School and Delaware Valley College where he competed in baseball and football. His passion for sports continued on as he coached several sports teams of his three children. He is married to his childhood sweetheart, Juanita.

Robert F. Caselli, CLU, ChFC
Bob is a 38-year veteran of the financial services industry. He began his career in 1981 as an insurance agent and registered representative for Prudential Financial. In 2007, he co-founded Strategic Planning Associates, LLC an independent insurance and financial consulting firm. Bob assists clients in both the public and private sectors with retirement planning, college savings, estate planning, insurance, investments, pensions/401(k)s, social security benefits, loan repayment plans, budgeting and various other services. Because Strategic Planning Associates is independent, Bob is able to focus strictly on each client’s individual needs and on the most fitting financial instruments for their own unique circumstances, without any concern for sales minimums or product quotas.
Bob attained his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from the American College of Financial Services. He holds FINRA Series 6, Series 7, Series 63 and Series 65 licenses which permit him to act as independent investment advisor and broker to his clients. In 2004 he qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), the Premier Association of Financial Professionals. Bob is currently a member of the Financial Services Institute (FSI).
Bob completed his undergraduate degree at Penn State University and is a life long Nittany Lions fan. He has served his community as a youth baseball, softball, and soccer coach and as a volunteer on his parish’s finance committee. Bob is a supporter of various sports teams and extracurricular activities at Valley View School District and he co-sponsors the Strategic Planning Associates Scholarship, presented annually to two graduating Valley View seniors for their outstanding academics and community involvement. Bob resides in Peckville, PA with his wife, Joan and has three children, Nicholas, Anthony and Morgan.
